These semi-private boot camps are a great option for those who are looking for the individual attention of a trainer without having to pay the full price for a private session. Not to mention a GREAT full-body functional workout. 

What To Expect

ParkF!T Bootcamps are based on the belief that dynamic full-body workouts are the superior method for achieving fast results. We bring together functional circuit training with weights, calisthenics, and kickboxing for a winning combination of strength and stamina. Lose weight fast and get into the best shape of your life!

Monday: 7am, 8am, Noon

Wednesday: 7am, 8am, Noon

Friday: 7am, 8am, Noon

Location 2: Continuum Fitness 307 S. Robertson Blvd. Beverly Hills 90211: 

Thursday: 7pm

Friday: 4 & 5pm

Sunday: 10 & 11am
