The following is an excerpt  from the CrossFit training guide.

• Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar. Keep intake to levels that will support exercise but not body fat.

• Practice and train major lifts: Deadlift, clean, squat, presses, C&J, and snatch. Similarly, master the basics of gymnastics: pull-ups, dips, rope climb, push-ups, sit-ups, presses to handstand, pirouettes,                 flips, splits, and holds. Bike, run, swim, row, etc, hard and fast.

• Five or six days per week mix these elements in as many combinations and patterns as creativity will allow. Routine is the enemy. Keep                                                                                                                                  workouts short and intense.

• Regularly learn and play new sports.

    i mean does this work out rllaey burn out belly fat and body fat???ok, i eat my first meals in the morning at 7:15am is that bad, and the foods i eat is,egg whites, onions, green pepper, tomato,vegetable, oatmeal, whey protein, and skinless chicken breast, and one fiber cereal, so do i need what else cause i seam to not seeing some results… what other advised u can give me…if u told me something it would helped me a lot:)

      One thing you always have to keep in mind is that you cannot target fat loss. It happens gradually over your entire body. Generally, people tend to notice it first where they have less (Shoulders, face, arms etc…) So, if any workout claims to “blast away belly fat” just know that its most likely a marketing ploy and there is no magic workout that can target one specific area. As for your diet, it sounds pretty good all in all. But it seems as though you cut the egg yolks and only go for skinless breasts because you’re avoiding the fat right? Remember: Fat is not to be feared! your body needs it. It is very important. A couple of yolks a day will do wonders for you, and you’ll probably save a few bucks by opting for chicken thighs instead of breasts. Not to mention they taste so much better. Cut the cereal. I’m guessing its some form of puffed wheat right? No good. Your body doesn’t recognize puffed anything. Keep it whole and from the earth. If it has a shelf life its suspect.
